Correct a figure, or ask something

One address, no form, and a short note on what this desk can and cannot answer.

Write to [email protected]. There is no form on this page, and that is deliberate: a form on a site about dental costs would collect health details, and this desk has nowhere appropriate to put them.

What is genuinely useful to send

  • A figure on this site that no longer matches its schedule. Name the page and the line and it will be checked against the document.
  • A newer version of one of the three fee schedules, or a published schedule from another payer that prices the same routine codes.
  • A lender's published terms that contradict what a page here says about them.
  • A sentence that reads as advice rather than as information. That is a drafting failure and worth reporting as one.

What cannot be answered here

Anything about your own mouth. Whether a tooth needs a filling or a crown, whether pain means an infection, whether a quote is clinically justified — none of that can be answered by people who have not examined you, and answering it would be worse than useless.

If something is swelling, if there is a fever, if swallowing or breathing is affected, or if bleeding will not stop, that is not a question for an email. Get seen urgently.

What happens to an email

It is read and replied to, or read and filed. It is not added to any list, because there is no list to add it to, and it is not passed to anybody selling anything. The privacy page sets out the rest.
