What this site collects, which is close to nothing
No account, no form, no advertising network, and a short honest note about what a web server records anyway.
Pocket Molar has no accounts, no comments, no forms of any kind and no mailing list. There is nothing here to sign up to, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from and no address of yours in anything.
Cookies
None are set by this site. No advertising network runs on it, no behavioural tracker is embedded in it, and no third-party script is loaded to profile a visitor.
Follow one of the partner links and you leave for that company's own site, where their cookies and their privacy policy take over. That is outside this site's control, and reading their policy is the only way to know what it involves.
What the server records
A web server keeps a log — the address a request came from, the page asked for, the time, and the browser's own description of itself. That is ordinary infrastructure and it is how the site stays up and how obvious abuse gets blocked. It is not joined to anything, not sold, and not used to build a picture of anybody.
Health information
None is collected, because none is asked for. This matters more on a dental site than elsewhere: what a person is looking up about their own mouth is sensitive, and the cleanest way to protect it is to never ask. That is why this site has no quote form, no symptom checker and no "find a dentist near you" box.
If you write to the desk, the email exists in a mailbox until it is dealt with. It is not added to a list and not shared with the discount-plan companies or anybody else.
Children
This site is written for adults sorting out how to pay for care. It is not aimed at children and collects nothing from anybody, of any age.
